Arts United of Greater Fort Wayne
Arts United of Greater Fort Wayne, a Regional Partner of the Indiana Arts Commission, provide support for professional circus artists to perform at the Circus Hall of Fame during a 3 week summer performance season.
In 2003, Arts United provide support for the internationally recognized circus stars, the Flying Pages. The Flying Pages perform one of the premier trapeze acts in the world today.
Arts United support helps to ensure that the Circus Hall of Fame will continue to bring the circus, one of the world’s oldest performing arts, to a rural setting in Peru, IN.

Project: Circus Hall of Fame Education Kit
The Northern Indiana Community Foundation approved a $5,000 grant for the development of an educational kit that would be available to Indiana schools and other states.
The kit contains units of study in Circus Art, Music, Science, Social Studies, and Literature. The units are based on the most recent state curriculum standards. These units introduce teachers and students to Indiana’s unique Circus Heritage. The study units explore how the circus from Peru, IN has influenced our nation’s history and the contributions the circus has made worldwide.
The Circus Hall of Fame Educational Kit was developed by the following members of the Maconaquah School Corporation: Wayne Kitch, Retired Superintendent, Sharon Ross, 3rd Grade Teacher,Trish Kuepper, 4th Grade Music, Lynn Hausner, Special Education, Ann Boggs, 4th Grade Teacher, and Jane McCaulley, Elementary Art. Mary Kay Dunwoody, Museum Director represented the Circus Hall of Fame.
The Northern Indiana Community Foundation has also provided funds for new ropes for the tent and for the wood and manpower to repair the east side of the museum barn.
