January 1, 1929 – The American Circus Corporation sold all of its assets to the newly formed Circus City Zoological Gardens, Inc. The 1000 shares of stock was owned by Ed Ballard 306.4 shares, Bert Bowers 153.2 shares, Bert Bowers, trustee 153.2 shares, Jerry Mugivan 153.2 shares, Jerry Mugivan, trustee, 153.2 shares, Zach Terrell, 52.4 shares and Charles, D. Odoni ( Danny Odom) 28.4 shares.

September 6, 1929 – John Ringling buys the entire Circus City Zoological Gardens, Inc. and the American Circus Corporation holdings for over $1,714,000.00.
